Jediah Plumley

I discovered my passion for photography after a sports injury in high school. Photographing games became a new way to stay connected to the sports world and redefined my role within it.

Much of my career has centered around sports and the fast-paced environments they create. As a contract photo editor, I’ve worked with photographers from around the globe across a wide range of sports. Collaborating with many visual storytellers gave me insight into how others see the world—and sharpened how I help shape those perspectives for publication.

I’m currently an Associate Night Photo Editor at the Daily Mail, where I work with an international team to produce cohesive visual content across news, entertainment, social media, and sports.

My goal is always to be a seamless addition to any team, expanding its capacity and maintaining high editorial standards. My editing style is generally non-invasive, and I adhere closely to photojournalism ethics and best practices.
